すっきりとした後味が好きな方にはとてもオススメ

ラベルデザインと商品説明を見てとても素敵な想いのコーヒーだなと思い注文しました。
昨日届いて早速飲んでみましたが、柑橘の爽やかな酸味（といっても主張しすぎない酸味なのでりんごの酸味に近いかも？）で後味はスッキリとしていて、本当にどんなお菓子にも合う（食事にも合いそう）ブレンドコーヒーでした。
年末年始に帰省する時用のお土産にまた注文したいと思います^^

ベリー感とチョコレート感の良さがとてもよく出ていて、コーヒー単体はもちろんのこと、チョコレートやクッキーなどのペアリングにも良く、本当に美味しいブレンドコーヒーです！美味しいのでリピートしています＾＾

Shipping, Returns and Payment

  • About Shipping

    As a rule, if you order equipment by the morning of a business day, it will be shipped on the same day. If you order after that, it will be shipped on the next business day.

    Roasted beans are roasted on the same day and shipped the next day at the earliest. Depending on the timing, you may have to wait, but we will notify you of the scheduled roasting and shipping dates in advance.

  • Returns Policy

    If you notice anything about the product you received, please let us know by emailing coffee@hatte.co.jp with a photo of the product attached.

    If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

    If the product is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Payment

    Payment can be made by various credit cards, PayPal, Paidy deferred payment, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

    If you have any questions about other payment methods, please contact us as we may be able to accommodate.

    For the protection of our customers, we do not offer cash on delivery. If you receive a product from a place claiming to be our store, please refuse it.

Roasting Lab Shipping Schedule

Estimated shipping date

Coffee beans: Orders placed before noon will be roasted on the same day and shipped the next day. Orders placed in the afternoon may be roasted the next business day depending on the timing.

Equipment, coffee beans, books, etc.: Same-day shipping available.

Scheduled roasting days: Our roasting schedule is usually Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
I sometimes forget to update the calendar, but I'm usually open and roasting on weekdays. I usually take extra days off on Mondays or Fridays.
Long-term holidays will be announced in advance.

We may roast and ship on Saturdays, but we are generally closed on Sundays for both roasting and shipping (due to tight order times).

Our order volume has been increasing, so we've been roasting every weekday recently. If you would like a specific delivery date, please use the comments section when ordering. We will try to accommodate your request as much as possible.

We will be closed from October 31st to November 4th due to an exhibition for a certain design award. We will announce more information about the award as soon as it is released.
