Good luck! New Year's Guatemala tasting combo, roasted to order, 180g (90gx2)

We have prepared a Guatemalan tasting combo with auspicious labels fitting for the New Year.

In the Huehuetenango region, a famous coffee-producing region of Guatemala, we were able to acquire beans from a farm managed by an ethnic minority that had not previously received much attention.
Due to the small production volume and underdeveloped distribution system, the importer's solid support finally paved the way for procurement. In this way, the spotlight is put on farms and regions that had not been noticed before, and by continuing to purchase, the producers can receive the money, which helps circulate the economy.

Although it is not a direct trade platform, you could say that the beans are traded as if they were a direct trade platform.

Both varieties are made from beans that give off the feeling of the good old Guatemalan terroir, but CLACICO has classic flavors of cacao and citrus, while EXOTICO has a complex flavor with a spicy and bright impression.

CLACICO is a city roast and EXOTICO is a high roast. 90g of each, totaling 180g.

The label was made using generative AI, with prompts of images such as auspicious signs, Mount Fuji, and a celebration of the beginning of a new year. If you look closely, you'll see that there are mountains of coffee beans, creating an unusual design. Creating designs using generative AI can be a challenge as it produces many designs that seem like the product of chance, but I enjoyed making them as much as tasting the coffee.
