FELLOW Atmos Vacuum Canister

This is a vacuum canister that can easily remove the air from inside the canister. Just like charcoal, coffee beans have many small holes, so they absorb moisture easily, and the oils that seep out from dark roasted beans react with oxygen and oxidize. When it oxidizes , it acquires a unique pungent odor and accelerates the deterioration of its flavor.

The oils in coffee beans are resistant to oxidation, but in Japan, the key to keeping them fresh is to keep moisture away from the beans.

By using a vacuum canister, you can keep the contents sealed and keep out moisture. Some vacuum canisters require a dedicated pump, but this product has a built-in vacuum pump in the lid. There is no need to worry about losing the pump. In addition, the operation is simple, just twist the knob, so anyone can use it right away.

This product is available in glass, black and white, and in 0.4L, 0.7L and 1.2L capacities.
