Colombia El Paraiso Double Anaerobic Lychee Roasted to Order

The lychee from El Paraiso is a representative of Colombian anaerobics. El Paraiso has lychee and lime varieties, but the lychee is more popular and is a hot topic among vendors every year.

This year, we had some leeway, so we were able to purchase a small amount. However, the price was quite high, and we thought that there might not be many customers who would buy it, so for a while we offered it as a freebie only.

The flavor is literally lychee-like with a rich mouthfeel, and the coffee is delicious no matter how you brew it, as they are very open to extraction methods. The roast level is only left to the discretion of the coffee brewer, and is lightly roasted near high roast.

Roaster's comment: These are the most expensive beans in our shop. I knew that refining them was time-consuming, but when I looked at the beans that arrived, I got the impression that they were carefully selected, as there were clearly fewer defective beans compared to other beans. Compared to other Anaerobics, the raw beans were not very colored, and they looked like they had no personality, which is far from the wonderful flavor after brewing. However, when roasted, they were amazing. They are even more amazing when brewed. Please try their greatness.
