Ease of storage

Our beans are delivered in 100g packages with added gas barrier properties. Each package contains 90g of beans, so 180g comes in 2 packages, 450g comes in 5 packages, and 1000g comes in 10 packages of 100g each.
The reason for dividing it into smaller portions is to make it more convenient to use, as you can store the unused portion in the freezer or share it with a friend.

Another aim is to simplify the process by not having to prepare various sizes of packages. Instead of using expensive gas release valves, the package is slit and covered with non-woven fabric to allow for a very slight amount of ventilation and release the gas. After opening, the package can be sealed by closing the zipper. The package is a stand-up type, so you can store it anywhere you like.

Resource conservation

Our shop is located in Chino City, Nagano Prefecture, on a 1000m high plateau at the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains. We rent a farmhouse. Clean air and clean water. There is a garden and a field on the premises, which are carefully maintained by the landlord.
As a result of thinking about what we can do as a store to protect and maintain this environment as much as possible, we are striving to simplify our packaging as much as possible and conserve resources. In the pursuit of added value and customer experience, packaging tends to become excessive, but our theme is "easy to buy and easy to throw away."

The bean packaging is made of plastic with a paper label attached. Because the label has strong adhesive properties, it can be disposed of as plastic waste in most municipalities.

Custom Made

Our beans are roasted to order. We don't mass produce, but we are able to accommodate each customer's needs and make fine adjustments. You can order from 90g, choose the roast level, and customize things like drip bags.
Original labels are also available upon request.
