Notice of change in roasting reception hours (summer only)

We don't announce the hours for accepting roasting orders, but as a general rule, we roast on the same day if the order is placed up until around 3:00 p.m. If there are no openings available, we roast on the next business day or later. However, before holidays and other special occasions, we try to ship out coffee before then if possible.

However, recently the temperature in the roasting room has been getting higher than expected, which is affecting the roasting results, especially in the evenings, so we have had to stop roasting and cool the roaster.

In order to avoid this and ensure stable production, we will change the scheduled roasting times to mornings and evenings. Therefore, orders for same-day roasting will be accepted until 11:00 a.m., and orders after that will be accepted on the same day if there is availability for evening roasting, otherwise the next business day or later .

We are working on improving the air conditioning in the roasting room.
