Weekly Copy Lab email newsletter delivery and bonus bean distribution rule change announcement

Starting in January, we will be sending out a Weekly Copy Lab email newsletter to registered customers. It will basically be in the form of a coupon magazine.

The contents are: coupons for equipment that changes weekly; trial coupons for newly added beans; coffee reports that irregularly deliver the manager's coffee experience.

With this, we will be changing the way we distribute the free beans that currently come with most bean orders.
The bonus beans will be changed to a special offer only for newsletter subscribers. If you are a newsletter subscriber and order roasted beans, the bonus beans will be included automatically. The amount is 45g per order, and you cannot specify the variety or roast level.

Apology beans for delayed delivery will be included regardless of whether you are a newsletter subscriber or not. Apology beans are extra beans that are added when the delivery of roasted beans takes longer than expected. For newsletter subscribers, the total amount of apology beans will be 90g, but for those who are not subscribed, the total will be 45g.

The incidence of apology is very low, about twice in eight months.
