Notice of trial shipment of all coffee beans within 3 business days

Our roasting lab is open every other week, and during busy periods it is open every week, making it a rather irregular business pattern. This has led to times when it is difficult to place orders, and there have been many cases where customers have had to wait nearly a week for their order, so we wanted to do something about this.

The roasting lab will continue to be open every other week, but we have made some changes to the way we roast and ship from the lab, so that we will be able to ship within 3 business days even when the lab is closed . However, we won't know if we can actually do this until we try it, so we're going to try it out as a trial.

So the shipping schedule going forward will be something like this:

Orders placed on weekdays and before Saturday morning will generally be shipped on the same day . Orders placed after that will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipped from roasting lab (all coffee beans and some products)

For roasted beans, the earliest shipping will be the next day (because they need to be left to rest to release the gas), and for all other beans, the earliest shipping will be the next day, and all will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest .

We understand that you may still have to wait longer than with major online retailers, but we appreciate your continued patronage.
