Notice of shipping fee revision (price increase)

From the beginning, our store has been offering discounted shipping rates quoted by our affiliated warehouses, but for some products and depending on the purchasing pattern, shipping costs have been exceeding our profits, resulting in a loss, so we have decided to revise our shipping rates in order to improve this.

We would like to keep shipping costs as low as possible, but we hope you understand.

Prior to the shipping fee revision, we removed the products with the lowest shipping cost from our partner warehouse and shipped them from our roasting lab, which allowed us to reduce the shipping cost by more than 200 yen (from 380 yen to 100 yen). In addition, we were able to make the shipping cost of raw beans, which were previously shipped from our partner warehouse, free (from 380 yen to 0 yen) by shipping them from our roasting lab.

Furthermore, we continue to make efforts to reduce the burden by offering first-time only coupons, etc.

The new shipping fees will be applied from October 1st. Please see the table below for a comparison of shipping fees.

Nationwide except Okinawa and remote islands

Up to 1kg 650 yen → 750 yen
Up to 5kg: 800 yen → 880 yen
Up to 10kg 980 yen → 1070 yen
Up to 15kg: 1,280 yen → 1,340 yen *Actual shipping charges are determined by weight and three-sided dimensions, so even if the weight is 500g, the charge may be up to 5kg.

Okinawa remote island fee

Up to 1kg: 1300 yen → 1430 yen
Up to 5kg 1900 yen → 2090 yen
Up to 10kg 2500 yen → 3380 yen
Up to 15kg 3080 yen → 4200 yen

Not subject to price increase

Free shipping on coffee beans (roasted and green) will continue, and the price of the SUS COFFEE DRIPPER will remain at 100 yen.
