About our shipping schedule

Hatte Co., Ltd., which operates our store, became an address-free company in 2022. We do not have a specific address, and our members work fully remotely wherever they like. Our registered head office is in Chino City, Nagano Prefecture (and we do actually work there sometimes).

When it comes to address-free, there is a way to outsource the operation of EC to a fulfillment service, a company that handles the inbound and outbound work at a warehouse, but since coffee beans are a perishable food, this type of service is not suitable. (There is a service called expiration date management, which we may introduce in the future for customers who want them right away.) Also, since our store's transaction volume is still small, we think it is appropriate to handle it ourselves.

Therefore, we have created an EC shipping container that can be shipped from anywhere, and our members move around with it to handle shipping operations. For roasted beans, we decide the shipping date in advance for freshly roasted beans, and process the collected orders all at once. In this case, you will have to wait about a week, but you can deliver the beans with excellent freshness.

For customers who are in a hurry, we will provide already roasted beans. We will continue to improve every day so that we can deliver to customers as quickly as possible.
