Updates to price revision rules

This mainly concerns coffee beans, but our store has decided to mechanically revise prices according to the following rules.

1: When the purchase price changes at the time of purchase
2: If consumables or shipping costs change
3: You determine that a particular product is mispriced compared to other products

Regarding 1, the price will be revised at the purchasing stage. In particular, the purchase price of coffee beans has been increasing by several tens of percent each time they are purchased , and some beans are unfairly cheaper than other stores. The aim is to rectify this.

As for equipment, we would like to have the old price reflected in the inventory and the latest price reflected at the stage of shipping new purchases, but there are cases where we have to raise the price of the inventory depending on the product. It is not something I can talk about here, but please understand that it is "the world of adults."

2 remains the same. Even if the cost of consumables increases, it's only a few yen, so we can absorb it, but there's nothing we can do about the increase in shipping costs. If you order a lot, our store's reputation will improve and the post office may agree to a price reduction, so please order more equipment and beans of 1kg or more that can be delivered by Yu-Pack .

3 is a case where beans that were on sale were accidentally left as they were.

We know this may seem unfair, but we will no longer be announcing these price increases. For products that change over very frequently, we are concerned that our news section will be filled with price increase announcements, giving the impression that we are constantly increasing prices.

The reason for mechanically raising prices is to avoid the artificial hesitancy that has been seen in the past, where customers are worried that raising prices will disappoint them.
Refusing to raise prices is the same as silently lowering prices .
If you hold back on raising prices until the limit, one day you will suddenly have to raise prices dramatically. This will not make anyone happy. It would have been better to raise prices gradually.

Basically, to avoid prices changing all the time, we purchase as much as possible in bulk and try to maintain prices . And of course, we continue to make every effort to reduce costs, just as we have done in the past . We continue to make very small improvements every day, hoping to shorten the time it takes to ship by even a fraction of a second.
