The coffee beans we use are specialty grade beans with established traceability, sourced from traders both domestically and overseas.

All our coffee beans are roasted to order. We roast them after receiving your order and deliver them to you as fresh as possible. Shipping is free . Please feel free to buy small quantities.

You can choose from up to 5 levels of roasting. Depending on the beans, you may be able to choose very light or very dark roasting. If you are not sure which roasting level you prefer, please feel free to contact us.

Some blends are available with a decaf percentage option.

The time from order to shipping will vary depending on the timing, but if you order in the morning, we can roast it on the same day at the earliest, and ship it the next day. If you order in the afternoon, we can roast it on the same day at the earliest, or the next day. If it will take more than two days to roast your coffee and ship it the next day, we will notify you in advance.
