Introducing the fastest filter. SIBARIST is a manufacturer that continues to release unique coffee equipment in Barcelona. We currently have five types of cone-shaped filter paper, four from CAFEC and one from HARIO, but they all have about the same extraction speed. The HARIO V60 seems to fall out more easily than the Kalita Wave, but the SIBARIST cone filter is designed to make it fall out even faster.

Officially, it's 30 seconds faster to fall off than the Hario V60. What's the difference between these 30 seconds?

The first thing that comes to mind is that it is less likely to over-extract coffee even if the grind is finer or the water temperature is higher. In stores, pour-over service time can be shortened slightly, which may contribute to improving turnover.

We researched how it is used in overseas cafes and other establishments, and found out that it is combined with Hario's Dripper Switch to brew coffee using the immersion method, with the final dripping out of the coffee being done as quickly as possible.

We recommend trying out this cup in place of the conical filter of a regular V60 or similar, taking advantage of the quick extraction speed, but we also recommend trying out the new immersion-type cup in combination with a dripper switch.
