We can process and deliver cold brew coffee packs up to 450g of our beans. Each pack contains 30g or 45g of beans, so you can easily make cold brew coffee in 350ml, 500ml, and 1000ml tumblers or water bottles.

If you would like your beans ground, please purchase this product along with the beans .
Please choose your coffee beans from here and add them to your shopping cart when you purchase them .

When doing so, please specify the amount of beans to be ground, the packing method and grind size.
Beans weighing more than 1000g cannot be divided into smaller portions.

Recipe

The ratio of beans to water is 1:12. 30g is 360ml, 45g is 540g, and 90g is 1080g. If you are using a 500ml or 1000ml container, it will overflow if you use the amount indicated, so use the minimum amount of water.

The standard time is 13 hours in the refrigerator. If using room temperature water, start at about 10 hours and check the taste while continuing to extract until it reaches your desired strength. Even if you leave it in for a little longer, it is less likely to have unpleasant flavors, but we do not recommend leaving it in for more than 24 hours.

Our staff puts the pack in a water bottle the night before, leaves it in the refrigerator for 12 hours, and enjoys the change in flavor as they drink it. They take out the pack when they feel like it's getting any stronger.

You can also enjoy it with milk instead of water. The soaking time can be the same as with water, but please do not brew it at room temperature.
We recommend placing the cold brew pack inside an opened milk carton.

※Why can I choose the grind size? Which is the default?
I often see recipes that recommend using a coarse grind for cold brew, but we use a medium-fine grind for cold brew, so I recommend a size 7.
We offer a coarse setting for those who normally use a coarse setting for cold brewing.

*Why does grinding beans cost extra?
When grinding beans, a few grams of beans remain in the grinder. To take this into account, if you select the bean grinding option, we use about 5% more beans than usual. Since more beans are used than for customers who use whole beans, there is a fee.

*Why is it limited to 450g?
It's a little difficult to make, so I limit it to 450g. For wholesale, I can process water-infused packs of any number of kilograms.

Roasted beans explained

Our roasted coffee is delivered in the order in which it was ordered. However, if we receive a large number of orders, you may have to wait. In that case, we will notify you of the expected delivery date in advance.

Delivery weight is roasted weight . For dark roast, it takes approximately 225g of green beans to produce 180g of roasted beans.

There are five levels of roast to choose from, with the main focus on city roast, with medium, high, city, full city and French equivalent.

Guide to choosing roast level

If you prefer a sour taste, we recommend something lighter than City, and if you prefer a bitter taste, we recommend something City or later.

The relationship between expiration date, flavor and aroma

Our roasted beans have a very dull flavor immediately after roasting, so we don't recommend it. A few days after roasting, the aroma and flavor become stronger, peaking after about a week, then gradually decreasing after about a month, but we have confirmed that they are still delicious even after two months.

Dark roasted beans in particular have oils that oxidize, so after a few months they may develop a unique spicy aroma, but this aroma becomes less noticeable once the coffee is extracted.

Please enjoy the change in flavor that occurs over the course of several days.

*The expiration date is 3 months from the roasting date, but we recommend consuming it as soon as possible.

*The top surface of the package has been treated to release gas. This part will be discarded when opening the package, but the zipper ensures airtightness.

*Due to packaging size, we will ship two 90g packages. You can share with your friends or acquaintances.

*If you purchase multiple items, they will be delivered in multiple packages.

*Please note that the roasting level is based on our own standards, so some customers may find it too dark or too light.

*Shipping costs are included in the price of this product.

*You can change the quantity in your cart, but we recommend ordering a small amount so that you can enjoy it as soon as possible. Shipping is free, so please feel free to order one at a time .

* If we receive more orders than we can accept, we will stop accepting orders . Please wait until the next order begins. We will notify you when orders resume via email newsletter. Please register for the newsletter.

Our coffee division techniques

Our coffee is packaged in small bags of 90g to 100g each. For individual customers, even if you purchase 1kg, we will deliver 10 bags of 100g each. Packing the beans takes time and effort, and naturally the cost is higher.

But this subdivision actually has many benefits.

1: Freeze any portion you won't drink right away.

If you purchase 180g, you will receive two 90g packages. I think you can drink 90g in about a week. The remaining 90g will be stored unopened for a while, so try storing it in the freezer. Freezing coffee beans can prevent the flavor from changing . For example, if you feel that the coffee tastes great about a week after you receive it, try storing it at room temperature for a week and then putting it in the freezer. This will keep the flavor intact.

If you use the freezer in the same way with 10 bags, even if it will take a month to drink them all, you can keep the flavor for a long time by taking one bag out of the freezer at a time .

There is no problem with grinding frozen beans while they are still frozen. In fact, it is recommended to grind them as it prevents condensation when thawing. Therefore, it is also effective to grind the frozen beans in small portions, just as much as you will need .

2: Share with your friends

Our coffee is designed with the theme of "shareable." The standard package contains two coffees, with the idea that it is easy to share the enjoyment with someone .
If you want to share something with your partner, such as "This coffee was delicious, so please try it," please make use of the other package. You can also have one for home and one for work .

The packaging we use is made of gas-barrier material, has a resealable zipper, and is self-supporting. It's a little pricey, but it's enough for storing about 90g of coffee without having to prepare a coffee canister. After use, roll it up and throw it away as burnable garbage (depending on the local government, it may be treated as plastic garbage).

Naturally, our packaging looks good and is easy to use, but it is also easy to throw away.
