Speaking of COFFEE QUEST, we purchase our beans from Brazil through direct trade. These beans are from Colombia, produced by the same COFFEE QUEST.
COFFEE QUEST's strict quality control ensures that their coffee is excellent value for money. Even if the beans are low-priced, they only ship those that meet the specialty coffee standards.
The flavor is the typical Colombian coffee apple-like sourness. You can also feel a little citrus. The sweetness is a mix of roasted sugar, caramel-like rich sweetness and cocoa flavor.
Roaster's comment: This bean combines the sourness of apples, the flavor of cocoa, and the sweetness of boiled sugar like caramel at a high level. At our shop, COFFEE QUEST selects cost-effective beans, and we are able to offer them at a slightly cheaper price than beans of the same grade (although more expensive than beans that are still offered at the old price).
The roast we offer is just a little short of city roast. We roast it lightly so that you can feel the acidity a little. We can also roast it darker, so please order the roast you prefer.

About green coffee beans
The green coffee beans we handle are specialty coffee with established traceability through coffee trading companies and agents ( please see this article for the requirements for specialty coffee ).
Usually, beans are traded for commercial use, so the trading unit is very large, and it is not possible to trade under an individual name. We sell these beans in smaller quantities. We also roast and sell the same beans.
Foreign bodies
When dividing the beans, we try to remove any foreign objects that catch our eye, but sometimes, for example, fibers from burlap bags get mixed in with the raw beans. Removing them completely would increase our costs, so we ask for your understanding that we may have to do so to a certain extent.
Regarding defective beans, we also have a discretion, so please use the number of defects as a guide only. For some varieties with many defective beans, we may increase the quantity.
Before roasting your own coffee, please check thoroughly for any foreign matter. We also recommend hand-picking.
Packaging Information
Our green beans are packaged in 500g portions. They are sealed in plastic bags and sent with some of the air removed. Unlike so-called vacuum packs, the beans are left with some room to move around. This is to prevent damage during shipping.
Storage
Our green beans are produced in sizes that can be used up in one batch, but if you buy 500g and use 250g at a time, for example, when storing them after opening, please transfer them to a storage bag with a zip lock and store them in a cool, dark place.
