NUCLEUS PARAGON Chilling Rock (aka Golden Egg) sold separately

Nucleus PARAGON Chilling Rock (Golden Egg) is sold separately in a set of five, but we have started selling it individually for those who don't need five for personal use but would like to experience the effects of PARAGON.

Please prepare your own holder to hold the Chilling Rock in place. A tea strainer or a stainless steel sink trash can is usually used.

I think it's okay to leave the Chilling Rock on, but I recommend only using 1/3 of the amount. If you're brewing 210g, remove the Chilling Rock at 70g and brew the rest as normal. This will prevent the coffee from cooling unnecessarily, but you can leave it on to make a quick-cooling iced coffee.

2,500 yen per piece plus shipping seems a bit pricey, but a stainless steel ball of the same size (although the properties are different) would cost around 10,000 yen.

How to use: Chill in the freezer for at least 1 hour before use.

We have started handling small-sized espresso machines. They are large enough to cool about 40cc.
