Nucleus Paragon - A drip stand that enhances the flavor of your coffee

The product consists of a dripper stand with several attachments. One is a holder for the Chilling Rock, the core of PARAGON, and the other is a receiver for the coffee when the Chilling Rock is removed.

It's easy to use. Just brew coffee as you normally would. The dripper is compatible with V60 and ORIGAMI. It's better not to have a dripper holder, but it can be used with shapes like CAFEC's flower dripper.

1. Use the included tool and screws to attach the rod to the stand.
2. Place the holders in the following order: small holder, small holder, large holder.
3. Rotate the small bottom holder by about 90 degrees.
4. Set up the dripper and place the Chilling Rock on the small holder in the middle and adjust its position. It's best to bring it so that the paper and the Chilling Rock are just about to touch each other. Once you've finished adjusting the position, wash the Chilling Rock and chill it in the freezer.

1. Rinse the paper towels if necessary. Take the Chilling Rock out of the freezer and place it in the center holder.
2. Drip as you normally would, but make sure that 1/3 of the total amount hits the Chilling Rock. Remove the Chilling Rock and drip the rest. Therefore, when 1/3 is done, rotate the Chilling Rock holder 90 degrees and bring it over the drip tray. This way you won't get your counter dirty even when brewing continuously.
3. Once it's done, enjoy your delicious coffee!

If you want to cool it quickly, does it really have to be PARAGON?
→That's correct. However, since PARAGON is designed for use in stores, it has a stable rapid cooling effect and can be used without disrupting the workflow.

Is any dripper okay?
→V60 and ORIGAMI are popular. They can be used with a dripper holder. For example, Hario Switch and CAFEC's flower dripper are also interesting. It might be a good idea to change the paper to Shibarist.
I think you could also use the Kalita Wave, but I don't recommend it because it doesn't distribute the coffee evenly over the Chilling Rock.

What is Chilling Rock (Golden Egg) made of?

What is the recommended chilling time for Chilling Rock?
