We have some great, cost-effective beans in stock. We would like to introduce you to Pacas, a variety grown in El Salvador, Central America.
The farm is called Parfait Pacas Farm and is run by the Pacas family. The variety is Pacas and the family name is Pacas. As you might imagine, the Pacas variety, which is representative of El Salvador, is named after this Pacas family.
Pacas, a mutation of Bourbon, is known for its high yields and excellent quality, and now accounts for a quarter of El Salvador's coffee production.
Pacamara, a high-end variety that we highly recommend, is a cross between Pacas and Malagosippe .
Although these beans are full of stories, they are surprisingly reasonably priced and have a wide range of stock, making them perfect for daily coffee. They are perfect not only for yourself, but also as gifts.
If you're curious about the taste, check out the roaster's comments.
Roaster's comment: I ordered these beans when I ordered sample beans from Ethiopia. I didn't have high expectations because of the purchase price, but after I did a test roast and took a cup, I could only say one thing: "Delicious!" This is how good it is at this price? I even thought, "Should I buy up the whole stock?"
It has a juicy citrus flavor typical of Central America and a lingering sweetness like milk chocolate. It also has a sweet aroma, like marmalade. Even with a light roast, the acidity is mild and elegant, and with a dark roast, you can fully enjoy the sweetness of the beans. The recommended roast is just before city roast, with a balance between acidity and sweetness.
The recommended extraction methods are drip and French press. Aeropress and espresso are also good. It's cost-effective and has a wide range of extraction methods, so I have a feeling it will become a new standard coffee.

Roasted beans explained
Our roasted coffee is delivered in the order in which it was ordered. However, if we receive a large number of orders, you may have to wait. In that case, we will notify you of the expected delivery date in advance.
Delivery weight is roasted weight . For dark roast, it takes approximately 225g of green beans to produce 180g of roasted beans.
There are five levels of roast to choose from, with the main focus on city roast, with medium, high, city, full city and French equivalent.
Guide to choosing roast level
If you prefer a sour taste, we recommend something lighter than City, and if you prefer a bitter taste, we recommend something City or later.
The relationship between expiration date, flavor and aroma
Our roasted beans have a very dull flavor immediately after roasting, so we don't recommend it. A few days after roasting, the aroma and flavor become stronger, peaking after about a week, then gradually decreasing after about a month, but we have confirmed that they are still delicious even after two months.
Dark roasted beans in particular have oils that oxidize, so after a few months they may develop a unique spicy aroma, but this aroma becomes less noticeable once the coffee is extracted.
Please enjoy the change in flavor that occurs over the course of several days.
