It also has a sweet aroma, like marmalade. Even with a light roast, the acidity is mild and elegant, and with a dark roast, you can fully enjoy the sweetness of the beans. The recommended roast is just before city roast, with a balance between acidity and sweetness. \u003cbr\u003eThe recommended extraction methods are drip and French press. Aeropress and espresso are also good.
