About KINTO glass products

All KINTO glass products are handmade, so there will be variations in the finish from product to product.

The variations include slight scratches, differences in shape, uneven coloring, etc. that do not affect the use of the product, but the manufacturer has determined that the product is of good quality. We carefully check all products again, and if there is anything of concern, we check with the manufacturer through the distributor, and if the product is still found to be defective, we will not sell it, nor will we sell any that do not meet our standards.

There is absolutely no problem with normal use of this product, so please be aware that it is handmade before purchasing.
