12月よりブレンドの販売を開始します

The blend will be available for purchase from December.

Our store will be temporarily closed from November 25th to 30th for equipment maintenance. November 25th is Black Friday. You may think it's unbelievable that we're closing the store during our e-commerce sales, but our beans are on sale every day and we offer them at the lowest possible price, so we try not to have sales very often (although we did have them in the summer).

Instead, we will be serving a new category of beans from December. Actually, we have been developing it for a while now.

We would like to introduce two blends that will be on sale from December.

This blend truly embodies the image of "concentration." Our most popular Nicaragua coffee is mixed with Brazil. To bring out the flavors of nuts and chocolate, we roasted it a little darker, achieving a strong bitterness and a full body.

And because it is a blend, it is priced affordably. Usually blends are made using inexpensive beans to keep the price down, but our shop makes specialty blends (without using commodity-grade beans) by making prototypes using beans on hand.

A relaxing blend for this is also in the works and is scheduled for release in January.

December is Christmas, isn't it? So I made a blend that takes into consideration pairing it with sweets. It has chocolate and nut flavors with a hint of strawberry. It's a combination that reminds me of strawberry chocolate shortcake.

The reason why the label has a cool image, in contrast to the bright and glamorous Christmas image, is because December in Hara Village, where the roasting lab is located, is a world of fog, frost, snow, and ice.

We will be releasing two new blends in January, and from then on we will be offering one new blend each month.
