Yunnan is coming!

I was informed that the reservation for Yunnan coffee, which can be said to be the forerunner of Chinese coffee, has been confirmed. It is expected to arrive around October.

When we cupped the beans, we found that they had a unique floral aroma like jasmine tea. Once we receive the beans, we will cup them again to evaluate them, and then we will solidify the recipe before serving them to everyone. We also provide raw beans, so please feel free to use them.
