Notice of changes to shipping fees for air freight

Until now, for air freight shipments, shipping fees have been set at a different price only for Okinawa Prefecture, but now we will also be charging air freight fees for Hokkaido and Kyushu.

For areas outside these regions, shipping is by land, so the difference in shipping costs will be borne by our store and charged as a flat rate.

We are grateful for the quick delivery of air freight, however, there have been many cases where the difference in shipping costs exceeded our profits depending on the order, creating a very tough situation.
Negotiations with the shipping company were not going well, so we have decided to revise the freight rates.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause our customers in the affected areas, and appreciate your understanding. If there is a store with stock that offers cheaper shipping than ours, we recommend using that store.
For some products, books, and coffee beans, our shipping costs will not change regardless of whether the item is shipped by air.
