[Warning] Regarding the collection of freight (fixed price, cash on delivery) associated with changing (forwarding) the delivery address of Yamato Transport

Starting from June 1, 2023, a forwarding fee will be charged when changing the pickup location of your package. Therefore, when you forward a package addressed to your home to your workplace, the shipping fee will be charged to you as cash on delivery .

All we can do is warn you, but for example, if you forward a package that was sent free of charge from our store to another location using Yamato Transport, you will be charged for shipping at the destination. Please be aware that there may be cases where you were told that the package was free of charge but it arrives cash on delivery.

In addition, if you change your address after June, you will be asked to confirm whether shipping charges will apply.
